These Terms of Service govern your use of scotheat.shop and any purchase you make from SCOT-HEAT PLUMBING & HEATING LIMITED("Scotheat Home"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Scotheat Home sells physical laundry and home utility storage products for personal and business use. We provide physical storage products only. Product descriptions, dimensions and materials are provided as accurately as possible; minor variations in colour and finish may occur.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch of your items. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if there was a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud, and will refund any payment taken.

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and exclude any import duties or local taxes unless stated. Payment is taken securely through our third-party payment provider at checkout. We do not store full card details. Title to goods passes to you on full payment and delivery.

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery Policy, and returns by our Returns & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for unlawful purposes. Content on this site is owned by or licensed to Scotheat Home and may not be copied without permission.

We take reasonable care to keep the site accurate and available but provide it "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
