Returns & Refund Policy

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unassembled, in their original condition and original packaging, with all parts and accessories included.

Email support@scotheat.shop with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will reply with a return authorisation and the return address. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item. All refunds are processed in USD.

Unless the item is faulty or we made an error, return shipping is arranged and paid by the customer. We recommend a tracked service, as we cannot refund items that do not reach us.

For health and hygiene reasons, certain items can only be returned if they are unopened and unused. This includes mesh wash bags, wool dryer balls, the detergent pod storage tin and any fabric-contact accessories once their seal or packaging has been opened. This does not affect your rights in respect of faulty goods.

If an item is faulty or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days at support@scotheat.shop with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund including original shipping. This is in addition to your statutory rights.

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order. If you would like help choosing a different product, email us and we will gladly advise.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights. This policy is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
