1. Where we ship
We ship worldwide from the United Kingdom. All prices and shipping charges are shown in US Dollars (USD) at checkout.
2. Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days(Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is on its way.
3. Delivery estimates & cost
- United Kingdom: 2–4 business days.
- United States & Canada: 6–12 business days.
- Europe: 4–9 business days.
- Rest of world: 8–18 business days.
Flat-rate shipping is calculated at checkout. Orders over $55 USD qualify for free shipping. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier or customs delays.
4. Tracking
Once your order ships, we email you a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. If tracking hasn't updated within a few days, contact us at support@scotheat.shop.
5. Customs, duties & taxes
For deliveries outside the UK, import duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged by your country on arrival. These are set by your local authorities and are the recipient's responsibility; they are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
6. Damaged or lost parcels
- If your parcel arrives damaged, email support@scotheat.shop within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
- If tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us and we'll open an enquiry with the carrier and make it right.
7. Incorrect address & undeliverable orders
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or an uncollected delivery, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipment (a further shipping charge may apply) or a refund of the items, minus the original shipping cost.
8. Address changes
Need to change your address? Email us as soon as possible. We can usually update it before dispatch, but cannot guarantee changes once an order has shipped.
