Products

What does Scotheat sell?+
Physical organisation gear for tabletop games and jigsaw puzzles — trays, card rails, puzzle mats, score pads, sand timers, labels, coasters and storage. Everything is a real, shippable retail product.
Do you sell games, gambling products or prizes?+
No. We do not sell board games themselves, gambling, wagering, lotteries, prizes or any licensed or copyrighted game content. Our score pads and timers are for casual record-keeping and timing only.
Are the products safe for children?+
Several items contain small parts or magnets and are not toys. Please read the care-and-safety note on each product page and keep small parts and magnets away from young children.

What currency are prices in?+
All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and are charged in USD at checkout.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
Major credit and debit cards via Stripe, and PayPal. Payments are processed securely by these providers; we never store your full card details.
Is my payment secure?+
Yes. Payments are handled by PCI-DSS compliant processors over an encrypted connection. Your card data is sent directly to the processor, not stored on our servers.

Where do you ship and how long does it take?+

Do you offer free shipping?+
Yes — orders over $55 USD ship free. Otherwise a flat shipping rate is shown at checkout.
What is your return policy?+
Most items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. See our Refund & Return Policy.
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?+
Email support@scotheat.shop within 48 hours with your order number and a photo, and we'll arrange a free replacement or full refund.
