What does Scotheat Home sell?
We sell physical laundry and home utility storage products — sorting hampers, drying racks, peg rails, baskets and care accessories. We are a retail products business and do not offer installation or repair services.
Do your products need assembly?
Most items are ready to use or fold out in seconds. A few, such as the sorting hamper and rolling cart, flat-pack with simple tools included. Each product page lists assembly details under Specifications.
Are the dimensions accurate?
Yes. Every product page lists size, capacity and materials. If you need a measurement that isn't shown, email support@scotheat.shopand we'll help.
Shipping & delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship worldwide with tracked delivery. Estimated timeframes are listed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Is shipping free?
Standard worldwide shipping is free on orders over $55.00. Otherwise it is calculated at checkout based on destination.
Will I pay customs or duties?
International orders may attract import duties or taxes set by your local authority. These are the recipient's responsibility and are separate from our prices.
Returns & payment
What is your return policy?
You can return unused items in original packaging within 14 days. See the Returns & Refund Policy for hygiene exceptions and full details.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Checkout supports major debit and credit cards and popular wallets through our secure payment provider. All prices and charges are in USD.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection. We never see or store your full card number.
